NGCDD Staff will verify the timely posting of the agenda\, in accordance with Open Meeting Law. \n2.     Public Comment\nCommittee Chair or Vice Chair will call for public comment. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action will be taken. (Limit 5 minutes per person) \n3.     Approval of March 2022 Meeting Minutes\nFor Possible Action: Committee Chair or Vice Chair will open the floor for discussion and vote of the April 21st\, 2022 and May 19th\, 2022 Committee meeting minutes for approval\, denial or modification. \n4.     Council Policies\nFor Possible Action: Committee Chair or Vice Chair will invite NGCDD Executive Director\, Catherine Nielsen and Committee members\, to discuss the Council Consumer Leadership Development Fund and the Council Travel Policy\, and provide updates and edits for recommendation to the full Council for approval\, denial or modification. \n5.     Next Meeting Date\nThe next Policy Committee meeting is scheduled for July 21st\, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom. \n6.     Public Comment\nCommittee Chair or Vice Chair will call for public comment. \nNo action may be taken on a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.
